 Goulburn River and Ranges is a great place to do business. The region offers businesses strategic access to regional, metropolitan and interstate markets via major road and rail networks and regional airports. Road networks include the Hume Freeway, Northern, Midland, Goulburn Valley and Maroondah Highways. Daily commuting opportunities to the northern metropolitan areas of Melbourne also exist in the southern areas of the Region. Established and Emerging Industries A diverse number of opportunities exist in the region for those seeking work. From highly skilled viticulture or equine opportunities to more mainstream agribusiness industries and professional sectors, Goulburn River and Ranges is a small region with big opportunities.
