In the past 20 years, provincial Victoria has grown by over 190,000 people.

Geelong, Bendigo and Ballarat are our largest cities outside Melbourne.

New projections show that the population will continue to grow - by over 300,000 in the next 15 years!...and more than half will occur in these three key regional cities.

However, outside those Big Three cities, other key growth areas will be in major regional centres, coastal areas and places within easy commuting distance to Melbourne.

Town such as Ocean Grove, Bannockburn, Bacchus Marsh, Hamilton, Romsey, Swan Hill, Yarrawonga, Beechworth, Sale and Warragul.

This just goes to show that more and more people are discovering what a great place provincial Victoria is to live, work and invest.
