But after spending some time living in the country and commuting to Melbourne to work, we decided that the quality of life in the country was so wonderful that we didn’t want to return to the downsides of urban life - traffic, long working hours and the feeling of being so removed from nature. That’s when we decided to settle permanently in Provincial Victoria and set up a gourmet bakery. The local community was very supportive of our new venture and is proud of our achievements. |
